ATTENTION ENCHANTED OAKS RESIDENTS!!!

 

 

WCID110 IS STARTING A MAJOR SEWER LINE REHAB & REPLACEMENT FOR ENCHANTED OAKS SECTION 1, 2 & 3.

 

1ST UP:

ENCHANTED LANE
ENCHANTED HOLLOW

 

WE WILL POST UPCOMING DATES FOR THE OTHER STREETS AS THEY ARE SCHEDULED.

(SEE THE ATTACHED MAP FOR ALL THE SEWER LINES AFFECTED).

 

WCID110 CONTRACTORS, ENGINEERS & SUPERVISORS WILL BE IN THESE DISTRICT EASEMENTS WITH PEOPLE, PIPE, TOOLS & MACHINERY!!! THEY WILL BE REPLACING LINES AND MANHOLES IN THESE AREAS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND, IF YOU HAVE FENCES, PLANTS, BUILDINGS, GARDENS OR ANYTHING ELSE IN THE EASEMENT, THEY COULD OR WILL BE AFFECTED BY THESE UPGRADES AND ACCESS THROUGH THE EASEMENTS

DOOR HANGERS WILL BE HUNG IN THESE AREAS, WATER BILLS HAVE INCLUDED NOTIFICATIONS AND WE WILL DO DAILY / WEEKLY / MONTHLY UPDATES AS THERE ARE RECEIVED HERE ON FACEBOOK.

 

THIS ENTIRE PROJECT IS EXPECTED TO LAST ABOUT 7 MONTHS AT A COST OF APPROXIMATELY $1.2M.

THESE LINES ARE THE OLDEST IN THE DISTRICT (50 YEARS OLD) AND HAVE BEEN INSPECTED AND LISTED AS THE WORST CURRENTLY IN THE SYSTEM. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY, THIS WE NOT BE AN EASY OR QUICK PROCESS, BUT IS VERY MUCH NEEDED.

 

ALSO, NOTE THAT YOU WILL NOT SEE ANY INCREASE IN YOUR WATER BILLS OR TAXES FOR THIS PROJECT (THE DISTRICT ACTUALLY JUST LOWER TAXES AGAIN THIS YEAR). THE DISTRICT HAS PLANNED AND BUDGETED FOR THIS PROJECT FOR THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS AND WILL BE PAYING FOR THIS WITH CASH RESERVES ONLY!
