WCID110 Bond (water, sanitary sewer and drainage facilities), Park Bond, and Maintenance Tax Elections
Harris County Water Control and Improvement District No. 110 (the “Water District”) will hold an election on November 5, 2024, to obtain voter approval to issue bonds for water, sanitary sewer and drainage facilities and park facilities, and to obtain voter approval to increase the maintenance and operation tax to $0.25.

About WCID110
Harris County Water Control and Improvement District No. 110 (HCWCID110) is a political subdivision of the State of Texas governed by a Board of Directors. The District provides water and sewer services to its residents. HCWCID110 includes the subdivisions of Enchanted Oaks, Cypress Forest Lakes, Cypress Forest Estates, Cypress Estates, Lakes of Cypress Forest, Spring Park Village, Cypresswood Lake, and Kings Village. It also includes the commercial development along I-45 and Holzwarth and some commercial development along the eastside of I-45.
HCWCID110 also provides parks and recreational services, and owns and operates the Forest Oaks Swim and Racquet Club & Forest Oaks Park.
HCWCID110 is in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Houston and is subject to the continuing supervision of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

WCID110 has a history of having amazing individuals serve the District in many different ways for a significant period of time. These individuals provide long-term stability, lead or contribute to our growth and development, and create long-lasting improvements for our District as a whole.
At National Night Out on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, the WCID110 Board of Directors will acknowledge and celebrate the contributions, efforts, and personal dedication to our District by naming two of our four lakes in honor of two amazing individuals who, together, provided more than 50 years of service to the District.
