We have received the most recent newsletter and we have two items in that newsletter that are incorrect or have changed since its printing. Correction #1: We incorrectly used an older graphic of our rental prices and did not realize it until after the newsletter went to print. You are invited to a town hall meeting hosted by WCID 110 with Congressman Dan Crenshaw. This meeting is open to the general public and is free to attend. Tennis Courts 1-4 Unavailable from Mon., Feb 2 through Sun., Feb 15
We apologize for the short notice on this, but tennis courts 1 - 4 will be unavailable for use from Monday, Feb. 2 through Sunday, Feb. 15 for repairs to court 3 and resurfacing for all four courts. If the weather warms up, this project shouldn't take the entire two weeks. If weather allows us to open courts sooner, we will.

Outdoor Fitness Equipment Survey
We are excited to start work on our next Forest Oaks Park project. We are wanting to expand the options for outdoor fitness equipment throughout the park. We are looking at multiple pods of equipment in shaded areas around the park road and walking paths. We would like your input on which equipment you think would be most beneficial. Potential Freeze Jan. 24 - 26 Parks and Rec Impact
With the potential for a freeze the weekend of January 24 - 26, Forest Oaks Park will remain open for use but all water will be shut off starting Saturday, Jan. 24 at 2 p.m. until Monday, Jan. 26. The park bathroom will be locked and all water fountains will be unavailable for use. The pool house bathrooms may be shut down as well. We are cancelling Bingo for tonight, Wed., Jan. 21 due to lack of pre-registrations. We will plan on seeing everyone at our February Bingo event.
