Forest Oaks Swim and Racquet Club Memberships

All memberships are sold in-person in the Forest Oaks Admin Office located in the clubhouse and can be purchased during normal hours of operation. Applications are available below to be downloaded, completed, printed, signed and can be brought into the Admin Office. Online purchasing for memberships is not available. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Benefits of Membership

  • Memberships are required to access the Forest Oaks Fitness Center, Pool, and Tennis Courts. 

  • Memberships are NOT required to utilize Forest Oaks Park.

  • Memberships cover family members living in the same residence, so you don't have to have individual memberships for each person. This includes two (2) adults and any children or grandchildren under the age of 21 all residing in the same residence.

  • Lower pricing for rentals.

  • Parking access in upper parking lot.

What's Available with a Membership

  • Fitness Center is open every day from 4:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.

  • Tennis courts are available from 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.

  • Rivera Tennis Academy provides paid lessons, clinics, training programs, and services (separate costs).

  • Pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend for all members.

    • Adult Swim (18 years and older only) is available starting in April and ending in October and is dependent on weather and temperature. Guards are NOT present during Adult Swim times.

  • Special events, programs, and services hosted by Forest Oaks like National Night Out, Trunk or Treat, Easter Egg Hunts and Springfest, Bingo, outdoor movies, and more!

  • Rentals of Forest Oaks facilities and spaces (separate costs).

  • Forest Oaks Swim Team (FOST) Barracudas competes from April through June (separate cost).

  • Memberships can be renewed online through Square. You will receive an email notification from Square when your membership is about to expire so you can renew.

Membership Definitions

  • Family

    • ​Up to two (2) adults who are considered “Head of Household”.

    • ​Minor children and/or grandchildren and foster children.

    • All individuals must reside at same address/residency.

  • Senior

    • 65 years or older.

  • Adult

    • 18 years or older.

      • Adults 18-20 years old can remain on a family membership.

    • 21 years or older must have their own membership.

      • Exception: Adults age 21 to 24 years old can remain on family membership if they are an active college student or are active-duty military. Proof of college enrollment or active-duty military service must be presented if requesting this exception.

    • Can bring minors to the facilities but must actively supervise them at all times.

  • Minor

  • Child

    • Younger than 4 years old.

  • Good Standing

    • A member in good standing is a member of the club who is current in the payment of the monthly dues and who has not been suspended from the Club Facilities. Use of Club Facilities and any leagues formed in connection with the use of the Club Facilities is restricted to members in good standing.

Membership Types and Pricing

In-District Homeowners Regular Memberships

  • Resident: $30/month per family

  • Senior (65+): $15/month per family

  • Can be paid monthly on your water bill or can be prepaid with cash, check, or credit card in 3 / 6 / 12 month increments.

  • If paid on your water bill:

    • Memberships is billed one month behind.  After cancellation of membership will show a charge on your bill the month after you cancel.

    • If cancelled and you decide to renew and add back to your water bill, there is an additional fee to restart billing. There is a $200 fee if renewed within first year from cancellation and $100 fee if renewed within second year from cancellation.

In-District Tenants Temporary Memberships

  • Tenant: $30/month per family

  • Senior (65+): $15/month per family

  • Can only be prepaid with cash, check, or credit card in 3 / 6 / 12 month increments. Non-refundable for early cancellation.

  • Renewal of membership can be done through Square. You will receive an email from Square alerting you that your membership is expiring. You can choose to renew or not renew without penalty.

Out-of-District Temporary Memberships

  • Temporary: $60/month per family

  • Senior (65+): $35/month per family

  • Can only be prepaid with cash, check, or credit card in 3 / 6 / 12 month increments. Non-refundable for early cancellation.

  • Renewal of membership can be done through Square. You will receive an email from Square alerting you that your membership is expiring. You can choose to renew or not renew without penalty.

Out-of-District Tennis Only Memberships

  • $30/month per individual.

  • Access only for Tennis Courts.

  • Can only be prepaid with cash, check, or credit card in 3 / 6 / 12 month increments. Non-refundable for early cancellation.

  • Renewal of membership can be done through Square. You will receive an email from Square alerting you that your membership is expiring. You can choose to renew or not renew without penalty.

Guest Passes

  • Guest passes are available for members to purchase when needed and are valid only for the day it is purchased.

  • Guest passes are non-refundable.

  • Guest passes can be purchased in the Forest Oaks Admin Office during all normal business hours or from the Head Guard during pool hours.

  • Guests may not enter the facility until the adult member is present.

  • Guest passes are limited to no more than two (2) guests per member.

  • Adult Guest Pass: 18 years and older are $5/pass.

  • Minor Guest Pass: age 4 – 17 years old are $2/pass. All age requirements and restrictions apply to guests.

  • Children under the age of 4 are free.
