Forest Oaks Swim and Racquet Club
Master Plan Phase 1

Forest Oaks Pool and Recreation Building

The Forest Oaks Pool and pool house were two of the original facilities constructed in 1988 to create the Forest Oaks Swim and Racquet Club. Along with four tennis courts and original parts of Forest Oaks Park, these facilities were built to serve the residents of WCID110. Our District is a trailblazer in terms of dedicating space and funding for recreational facilities to meet a need for its residents. WCID110 was the first water district in the State of Texas to build these types of facilities and many district followed along the path we created.

In January, 2026 the WCID110 Board of Directors has approved a master plan for the renovation and new construction of all buildings for Forest Oaks Swim and Racquet Club. This includes the pool, pool house, fitness center, and clubhouse. The master plan is three phases and will will take multiple years to complete. Phase 1 of the master plan will be the new Forest Oaks Pool and Recreation Building to be designed by GPD Group, an architecture firm based in Houston, TX. Landmark Aquatics is serving as the consultant firm for the pool. Langford Engineering (District Engineers) will oversee the project for the District and consult on storm water drainage. Phase 1 of the master plan has already begun and GPD Group is currently in the design phase of both the new recreation building and pool, working closely with Landmark Aquatics and Langford Engineering.
