Forest Oaks Swim and Racquet Club
Master Plan Phase 1
Forest Oaks Pool and Recreation Building
The Forest Oaks Pool and Pool House were two of the original facilities constructed in 1988 as part of the Forest Oaks Swim and Racquet Club. Along with four tennis courts and the original portions of Forest Oaks Park, these amenities were built to serve the residents of WCID 110.
Our District has long been a trailblazer in dedicating space and funding for recreational facilities that enhance the quality of life for its residents. In fact, WCID 110 was the first water district in the State of Texas to construct facilities of this kind, and many other districts followed the path we helped create.
In January 2026, the WCID 110 Board of Directors approved a multi-phase master plan for the renovation and construction of facilities throughout the Forest Oaks Swim and Racquet Club. The plan includes improvements to the pool, pool house, fitness center, and clubhouse.
The master plan consists of three phases and will be completed over several years. Phase 1 includes the construction of a new Forest Oaks Pool and Recreation Building, designed by GPD Group, an architectural firm based in Houston, Texas. Landmark Aquatics is serving as the pool consultant, while Langford Engineering, the District’s engineering firm, will oversee the project and provide expertise on stormwater drainage.
Phase 1 is already underway, and GPD Group is currently in the design phase for both the new recreation building and pool, working closely with Landmark Aquatics and Langford Engineering to bring this vision to life.
This project page will serve as the community’s central source for information throughout the duration of the project. Residents are encouraged to visit regularly for updates on design progress, construction milestones, project timelines, and other important announcements as each phase moves forward.
