Forest Oaks Membership and Rental Rates Increase August 1, 2025

Starting August 1, all rates for Forest Oaks Swim and Racquet Club memberships and rentals will be increased. This will be the first increase in membership and rental rates since before 2020. Our Forest Oaks memberships are unique in that they are a membership for the home, covering two adults and children under the age of 21, not individual memberships like commercial facilities in our area.

Memberships included on home owner water bills will increase by $5/month, and the increase will appear on your September water bill.

All temporary memberships (in-district or out-of-district, 3/6/12 months, tennis only) will be increased on August 1 for all new membership sales or current membership renewals. Rate increases differ for the different categories of temporary memberships. All senior memberships (in-district and out-of-district seniors) will remain the same (no increase).

All memberships that have been purchased prior to August 1 will not be impacted until it is time for renewal, at which time you can choose to renew or not renew. You receive emails from SQUARE to renew through the SQUARE system or can come to the office to renew in person.

For rentals already booked and paid for prior to August 1, 2025, this increase will not impact your event and you do not owe any additional fees.

New rates will take effect for new rentals booked on or after August 1, 2025.

Rental deposits will remain the same.

As a reminder for rentals, the rental agreement, rental fee, and rental deposit are required to finalize your rental. Both fees will be processed, and your rental deposit is returned via check payment after your rental with any fees owed deducted (if any). The deposit return is typically issued When you return your access card following your event.

If you want to renew your temporary membership or book a rental for a future event, do it before August 1 to get the current rates. If you own your home and have a temporary membership (3/6/12 month membership) and would like to switch to monthly billing through your water bill to minimize the increase, please come to the office and speak with Denise or Carlee. Renters do not have the ability to put their membership on monthly water bills.
