The WCID110 Board of Directors unanimously voted to improve accessibility throughout Forest Oaks Park by paving all current crushed granite walking paths with new asphalt. Effective Friday, May 15, 2026, the use of electronic bikes (e-bikes), electronic scooters (e-scooters), or any other non-authorized motorized vehicle is prohibited from use inside of Forest Oaks Park. We have always prohibited use of motorized vehicles, but with the increased presence of e-bikes and e-scooters in our area, we are no longer allowing their use inside the park. New signage will be going up in coming days at all park entrances and throughout the park.

We are hosting our annual E-waste and Paper Shredding Event on Saturday, May 23 from 10 a.m. - noon in the back parking lot of Lemm Elementary. You will use the bus lane to go to the back of the school and you will see our staff and trucks. This is a drive through event and our staff will be there to unload items for you so you don't have to get out.
