Forest Oaks Swim Team (FOST) Barracudas 2026 Season starts this weekend with home practice meet

It is almost time for the FOST Barracudas to compete!!!! It is not too late to register your child(ren) if you are still interested.
On dates we host home meets, parking is extremely limited in the parking lots, so if you are coming to use the facility for tennis or the fitness center, expect to park further away than normal and have to walk to the facility. Parking is available at Lemm, along Cypress Oaks, and at the park parking lots. The fitness center and tennis courts are open normal hours during swim meets, just expect a significant number of families and kids all over the place during the meets.
At first, I thought searching for premium real estate was mainly about identifying the best locations, but I realized there’s much more involved than that. While reviewing premium properties in Marrakech, I noticed how overall project consistency plays a major role in understanding the value of a property. Some developments I looked at previously lacked clarity in presentation, which made comparisons difficult. Here, I found it easier to follow the broader vision behind the projects. That made the whole research process feel more structured.
